Upright Piano Move
You Need: Two Professional Movers, One Dolly, One Pick-up Truck.
Grand Piano Move
You Need: Three Professional Movers, One dolly, One grand board with straps, three blankets.
Note: When setting up, place folded blanket under lyre to balance piano on back
leg and lyre. Piano will be about four inches
above ground and rock back and forth. Attach last leg. Lift piano. Remove blanket.
Set piano down.
Very Important Before moving to upright position, set
caster on back leg so it will not rotate when lifting piano. Otherwise, leg snaps, you die.
